lucy hale has been on our watch list for a while. she has a style that is so unique and is so personalized. we see that she allows her outfits to describe herself or rather to describe the mood that she is in. her style can go from rock edgy, to posh glamorus! she also likes to change up her hair, whether it is in a messy up-do, some beachy waves, or even slicked back and to the side. and wheter she is walking the red carpet, the set of pretty little liars or is out with her boyfriend or friends, she knows how to put herself together! xx
