Blouses are great to dress up and down. A simple blouse can be jazzed up or an ornate blouse can simply be the statement piece. My favorite thing about blouses is that you can wear the blouse alone, or layer it. I love nothing more than wearing a blazer over a blouse, but sometimes the blouse must stand alone.
